Enchanting riverside escape
The location along the river created a peaceful ambiance, while the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed relaxing next to the serene gardens.
Although the stay was lovely, the Wi-Fi was intermittent, which made staying connected a bit challenging. some areas of the hotel could use an update.

The setting alongside the river creates a picturesque atmosphere, while the spacious Grand Deluxe Room offers a comfortable retreat with a lovely outdoor swing chair. A highlight was the breakfast, particularly the porridge soup and expertly made eggs to order. intermittent WiFi access proved frustrating, and the hotel's transportation options felt overpriced compared to Grab taxis, which undercut the shuttle service significantly. These issues, combined with a lack of air purifiers and awareness of air quality concerns, made the experience feel inconsistent.

Just a great fit for spending a night in Chiang Rai with a good price-quality ratio. The grounds were lovely to walk around and very peaceful. Check for events nearby that could cause noise during your stay.

The room setup was unique with a spacious outdoor swing chair and a large bathroom which allowed for some creative styling. It was great enjoying breakfast by the river with impressive views and tasty food.
The odd room configuration left the sink in the foyer while the shower and toilet were separated, making getting ready awkward. I also faced issues with the AC not functioning properly and the intermittent WiFi made staying connected frustrating. Beyond that, the shuttle service was overpriced compared to Grab taxis, which were markedly cheaper. While the hotel provided mosquito nets, the abundance of mosquitoes was a consistent nuisance. The noise from adjoining rooms was noticeable, especially in the early morning hours, and the hotel’s tours were significantly pricier than what you can find outside. A little bit of a mixed bag, really.

The beautiful gardens and riverside setting provide an enchanting atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the buffet breakfast offers a good selection. the gym needs attention as equipment is falling into disrepair, and staff engagement could improve for a better overall experience.

Gorgeous riverside gem!
I gotta say, this place was a real treat! The welcome drink and cool towel were awesome after my long journey. The breakfast spread was on point, especially the fresh fruit! Only thing was some areas outside need a little love, but I barely noticed it with that serene river view. Such a chill spot to unwind!
